Eric Clapton - Cocaine (Timepieces-Best Of Eric Clapton)
How many times must I tell you baby
How many bridges I've got to cross
How many times must I swear to myself
Before I can talk to the boss
Before I can talk to the boss
How many times must I say I love you
Before you finally understand
Won't you be my forever woman
I'll try to be your forever man
Try to be your forever man
(Repeat)
Forever man, forever man, forever man
Forever man, forever man, forever man
I'll try to be your forever man
Forever man, forever man, forever man
Forever man, forever man, forever man
Forever man, forever man, forever man
I'll try to be your forever man
Eric Clapton - Cocaine (04:15)
Eric Clapton LIVE! It's a sick song. It's basically a music video.
nothin' hurts so bad that good Blues can't fail; but to make it feel better.

I played harmonica with Rory a few times when he arrived from Ireland, with the original "Taste". About 1967.He was a true gentleman and a great musician. His manager then was called Mr Kennedy, who got him into the "big time". He then was signed by Robert Stigwood. The original "Taste" bass player and drummer moved on, and were replaced with guys from another Irish band, "Cheese"... That was the "Taste" that got famous.
Rory was probably the best blues guitarist i have ever played with.

@magnum9987 Sure is! What kind of guitar is that? But Clapton (and I) dislike the Clapton Is God stuff BTW. Otherwise we're in total agreement, and though. I hate it fights about which player is the best here on You Tube, in MY top 5 faves ever, EC is at the top of the ones still alive ;) Jimi and Rory Gallagher dead now. I Iove him on the strat, too, blues & rock stuff, like, "White Room", where he just really lets loose on a solo!! Thrills me more than near anything else!

I believe it's a Gibson ES350. An L5 is a single pickup (neck) guitar. A 335/45/55 is a thinner body. Check some of his stuff on the tube here with the red 335 (have you ever loved a woman would do. Holy mother of pearl). If it has six strings, Eric can play it. I'm glad he came back to the blues, where he started and where he belongs. One of the best that ever lived. You know the rest, starting with Son House and going through Jimi and the rest. Whew.

@4rainbowed I'm not serious bout clapton>god, I just LOVE clapton. I'm pretty sure thats an ES335. He himself said in his autobiography that that has the best blues tone hes ever heard, however, he also said its just too damn heavy. Thats almost 10, 11 pounds of guitar right their.
